Healthy Mind, Healthy Body is a 12-week life transformation program designed by me with my ideal client in mind. This program covers three aspects of overall health: fitness, nutrition, and mindset. I choose to focus on mindset because it is an important aspect of health that is often overlooked!
The fitness component of this program consists of 12-weeks worth of workouts. These workouts can be done at home with a pair of dumbbells and a kettlebell. Each workout is designed to be under one hour long.
The nutrition component focuses on creating sustainable habits. We do not weigh our food or count every single calorie we put into our body. In this program, we learn how to literally use our hands to measure out portion sizes, meal prep tips, and how to eat mindfully once we have mastered portion control.
This component is what sets this program apart! We will focus on goal setting, analyzing our progress in order to achieve goals, the importance of gratitude, how to conquer lack of motivation, and so much more! Mindset is an important part of achieving your goals!

I have been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer for five years, and I specialize in nutrition and weight loss! I have changed over 80 lives and the number continues to grow. This is truly my passion!
I worked in corporate gyms for a lot of my career, but I felt like I couldn’t effectively teach my philosophy in these gyms. In December 2019, I left my corporate training job to open my own small business.
Less than a month later was when I released Healthy Mind, Healthy Body and I haven’t looked back! I love sharing my philosophy with the world and I look forward to sharing it with you!

Is this like one-on-one coaching?
Yes and no. The workouts are not customized, however you always have contact with me via Voxer, email, and/or the chat function in the training portal.
What if I have limitations?
I have worked with limitations of all sorts and they are not an issue at all! Please let me know of any limitations you may have and we can make modifications if needed.
Where is the program? Is it a PDF file?
I utilize a personal training software called PT Distinction. The entire program is built on this software!
how much does your program cost?
I totally understand that an investment can be really scary! I would love to talk to you more and show you “inside” of the program on a Discovery call. In this call, we will talk more about the investment and payment plans.
