Perfect for the busy individual who does not have hours per day to spend in the gym! Each workout is meant to be 45 minutes or less. Minimal equipment required!

Equipment needed: kettlebells, dumbbells, a place to do cardio or cardio equipment, and a ledge of some sort like a chair, step, or couch.
