Happy Wednesday, my friends! If you’re like me, you’re going on about three weeks of quarantine right now. At least I think it’s been three weeks…. Anyways, today I’m sharing another workout with you! This one is a full-body workout with dumbbells. Perfect if you have dumbbells laying around at home or if you’re looking to add a simple piece of equipment to your home during this time!

This workout is broken into three different supersets. Each exercise focuses on multiple muscles to maximize calorie burn. Combine this with a 20-30 minute walk or run, and you are set for the day!
