Things sure have gotten CRAZY lately! Many of us are having to stay in our homes to avoid getting sick or passing COVID-19 onto others. Many gyms have shut down across the country, leaving people wondering what the heck to do. Cue the at home, no equipment workout…
If you’re lucky then you might have some workout equipment around the house. Maybe you’re getting creative and using things like water jugs. Or perhaps you’re just looking for some bodyweight type workouts to do.
I’m super stoked to be sharing my first of many at home workouts! Today’s workout is a full body, no equipment workout!
Don’t get me wrong, it is tough to workout at home. It often doesn’t feel as challenging. Here is the way we should be looking at it: we are healthy enough to be able to workout. Plus, an at-home workout is better than no workout at all.
