Long time, no spin workout! Have no fear, though, I am coming at you this week with the first spin workout of 2020 created by me!
I know it isn’t Valentines Day anymore but… I am loving the songs that are on this playlist right now. They are upbeat and make you want to push a little bit harder.
With that said, if you still have gas in the tank by the second to last song, you better step it up!
