In a functional fitness workout, you will find movements that will help you with your every day activities, whether you are on your feet all day or just part of the day. It will help you lift things up, have better endurance, and sit straighter. Functional fitness is the BOMB.
Below is a full body, functional workout. This can be done in a gym, or even at home if you have the equipment that is needed.
Never, EVER, eVeRRRR forget to warm up and cool down. Add some cardio to this workout and you are all set for the day!
