I have finally released my first freebie on my blog! This is the result of a poll that I did on my Instagram about whether my followers prefer to workout at home or at the gym. A majority of you said that you prefer to workout at home!
This is just a four day program! All days are designed to challenge you. You’ll strengthen your muscles and get your heart rate up!
There is NO equipment needed! I do, however, recommend keeping a water bottle close by!
There is absolutely no pressure to stick to the programming. If you need a longer rest period, then take a longer rest period!
