It has been SO. LONG. since I have posted a spin workout! Summer is my favorite season and I love music with summertime vibes, so this was an easy playlist to create!
Expect a lot of sprints for this workout! Each sprint should be done in 30 second intervals, with 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
