No Equipment Core Workout

Confession: I hate working out my core.

With a firey burning passion.

Core work has never really been my strong suit, so I honestly don’t enjoy doing it in the gym. I often do core work at home! Even with no equipment, your core can get an excellent workout!

The truth is that strengthening your core can benefit your body in so many different ways! A strong core helps with a strong back, which can benefit your workouts that much more. It can also help strengthen your back against back pain. A strong core will also help with balance, too!

The thing to take away here: even if you do it at home and with no equipment, it is still good to work on your core. Your body will thank you!
