Traveling can be such a pain and trying to get an effective workout in a hotel gym can be an even BIGGER pain!
Hotel gyms are typically pretty limited, which is why I create workouts specifically for hotel gyms. Most hotel gyms will have dumbbells, a bench, and cardio equipment.
I have been in a few that had more than that, but those are typically resort style places!
This workout is perfect for a hotel gym with the basics!
If you are not familiar with a tri-set, it the same thing as a superset except with three exercises! You do each exercise back-to-back-to-back without a break until you reach the end of the round.
To challenge yourself, try to add more weight, do the Romanian deadlifts on one leg, and do the squat jumps and burpees with weights!
