If you’re like me, you probably travel a lot, especially for work (and some pleasure). Hotel gyms are certainly not the same as our gym back at home because they are smaller and have less equipment, unless you are staying at a health and fitness resort! It is totally natural to walk into a hotel gym with a few cardio machines, dumbbells, a bench, and a mat…. and have no clue what to do.
The same thing has happened to me in the past and it gets really awkward. My first few times in a hotel gym, I actually walked out because I had no clue how I could exercise with hardly any of the equipment that I was used to. I have learned that sometimes you have to get creative and besides, some form of physical activity is better than none at all!
That is why I have created this workout for you, especially since many people travel during the holidays!
This is the first workout in this new series of mine! This is a full body, superset workout. Enjoy!
