The workout I am sharing with you today is an at-home and equipment free workout! The only “equipment” required are things you find literally in your home like a chair or couch and a wall.
Use the chair or couch (or even a bed!) for the tricep dips and you will need a wall for the wall sits! I recommend about a 30-60 second break in between rounds, but make sure you listen to your body and take more if needed!
