I can’t stop the Workout Wednesday streak now!
A common thing I hear from many people is that women should not do chest exercises. I am not sure how this rumor got started, but I can promise you that it is just fine for women to workout the same muscle groups as men! We just might not be as strong because men have more muscle mass in their upper bodies.
Today, I have designed a chest workout that anyone can do, regardless of gender. It does have some equipment involved, so best to do it in a gym or home gym!
