Happy Wednesday, y’all!

Today I posted a poll on my Instagram story to try to figure out what kind of workouts my followers would like to see posted every Wednesday. If you would like to vote, please follow me on there and tell me your opinion!

For today, I designed a circuit style workout with basic gym equipment. Circuits are great for getting a full body workout in during a short period of time. It also keeps your heart rate elevated. Circuits are fun with friends so invite your friends to join you!
